On How Things Seem to Me

January 1, 2009 · 1 Comment

Today, while going through the news, and the Obama team voting site (presently having over 3,000votes) , along with other factors, I came to a conclusion. Today something felt ominously true to me. Though so needlessly true as well.

Thinking of all of the disclosures over the  government officials who are going to comprise our cabinet positions, the general anger over the white collar welfare bailout, the demands for justice leading the pack, the worries of people voiced on this site, and a countless other fears on top of those fears. All begging their abusers for help. Remember always that the government gets exactly what they pay for. They are not stupid, but are corrupt and greedy lawyers instead. This crash, this whole scenario was no accident. Our ills were born of their ill intent. And boy were we screwed.

Of  course, we not only let them screw us over, we conspired to enable them to prostitute ourselves for them. Not knowingly, but enabling doesn’t require knowledge, it even works better if you are unknowing of your assistance. We have let a few thousand people guide us to the brink of a fully planned self-destruction. In a world of over seven  billion, a few thousand is absolutely nothing. It’s zero. Unless we help them.

If you find it difficult to believe that a government which has lied about  everything it’s ever been forced to admit in public is working for your worst possible interests, then you are lost already.

Something is terribly wrong with this picture. How many people believe truly that this president picked his cabinet members on a whim?  That their opinions differ from his? These are the people that dictate policy for an administration. They are of the same cut as the Bush administration most of us are glad to see leave.  Some of them are even from the Bush administration. And some of them are even worse. Or at least openly so. They are all damned smart enemies of peace.

We’ve been lied to about the reasons for our conquest of Iraq and Afghanistan.  And still we follow those lies. We even enforce them with our childrens’ lives. And while our troops are in, they are given (as always) experimental vaccinations. They are taught violence upon others. They are discarded when discharged, and left to fend for themselves. As always. As every oppressive government must do with their discarded heroes. And never forget that government is only force. But a force that must be accepted. Or rather tolerated.

During the Iran/Contra trial, the entire government was proven guilty of being the drug smugglers they swore in their campaigns to vanquish. I have the documentary from that  time on one of my posts.  Can you honestly have any doubt as to the government’s involvement with the opium fields in Afghanistan as well? Illegal drugs are the largest commodity in the world, five hundred billion dollars a year. Tax free. You’d have to be a fool to believe the government, or rather, sections of all governments weren’t involved to some degree.  It is bigger than the oil we supposedly fight over as a matter of national security.  And you wonder why drugs are so plentiful when it takes a government to distribute them through every town in America. And yet you think  our government is trying to stop them?  I don’t think so. This government is  all too well-equiped to stop something this large, unless it is the one responsible for all of the deadly drugs on our streets. And they always ask of the message we’d send to the children if we didn’t keep them illegal. Keep them even richer. And all hidden and tax-free.

This bailout helps no one the government claimed it was to help.  Nor did they care for our voices. For our say in the matter. Though We, the People, are the economy. At least in a free state. No provisions for it’s use. No accountability. No signs of relieving the stress upon the masses. That would be us. And this incoming administration pleaded for it’s passage, as did the other party. And you doubt there is any difference between the two parties. They are all just the Federal Reserve Party.

Obama signed on to many of the bills in question which took away even more of our priviliges.  At least they still let us call them rights. He has endorsed the killing off of the Posse Comiteus Act  by placing those illegal troops all around him on Inaguration Night.

The teachings of the Buddha, and the Christ figure have both been so perverted by religions they have lost all of their original meaning. Though the Buddhist message remains truer in philosophy than religious practise, it’s essence being to practise compassionate love for all living things. In Christianity, it was a message that required no name for your God, and only that you love this presence with everything you had. And that you love your neighbor as you love yourself. Somewhere, they have been perverted into messages of hate. I am in America, so I will stay with the Christian religion for this post. In this land of Christian religion.

Since Christianity has morphed itself into a religion of hatreds and judgements, which espouses the exact opposite of  it’s original intent, it might be better defined as anti-Christian.  Tell me why we only pay attention to the hate filled laws of the Old Testament, when the Christ figure gave so elegant instructions for us to only follow his two laws.  In the  King James you can read these two laws  in Mark 29-31.  In various areas he railed against the teachings of the Pharisees, the ones who followed the Old Testament Anti- Christianity. The ones he called the blind leading the blind. The ones who try and make doomsday prophecy a self-fullfilling event. As if being a willing partner of destroying most of the world would ever qualify a person for entering their version of heaven. I think that global murder probably constitutes some kind of sin.

I accept no religion. I trust no doctrine outside of myself. My inner self needs no rules to follow. I need not worry. Neither do you. I know deep down  it really is all just a ride. I’m just  getting a bit tired of this ride. Living in a world where all religions practice what they preach, and they all preach us to hate each other. But that doesn’t mean I can throw any stones either. I have many times before, and even now I  throw them. And worry of what will happen to me. And wonder why all I see is despair. But I know it is an illusion which I make real for me. As we all do.

I don’t find it necessary to believe this figure Christ had to exist, or be born differently from others if he did. I have no idea, and neither does anyone else. No one can prove it either way. Nor does it matter. Those words of the two commandments pretty much cover all one needs to do in life to be a better person. How does killing make you more a Christian?  How does not believing in Christ being of miraculous birth keep you from practicing those laws any differently than someone who does believe this? How does hating your fellow human being make you more righteous? How does your fear make you holier than I? How does mine?

During the inaguration, our new leader will begin his reign with an invocation by one of the more controversial preachers of this anti-Christianity, and we still follow their words like salvation. They are our damnation. If we give in to their sins. If we continue to embrace their hate. For then, it woul be ours as well. Our sins. Our hate. Only we can own those feelings. And only we can let go of them.

Whenever one of us  gives in to fear, or anger, or retribution, we encourage this system.    This rising call for justice only keeps us further away from our higher selves.  A self beyond any religious name. We have all sinned in this play. Every one of us are guilty. When now is always the time we should  follow those simple two commandments of love. Regardless of your religion, they are still a good message to follow. If Christians practiced these two laws, they wouldn’t have built such a world of terror. This goes for all the religions, it’s just I live in a country of supposedly Christian values. Yet, we spend all our wealth on war and on inflicting our miserable fears on the rest of the world.

I live in America. It’s not exactly open for many faiths in the media. I speak in the Christian terminology because most people say they are Christian. Though our laws certainly have no compassion in them. No redemption. Only private prisons searching for another dollar to steal in their damning system. Lock them up and damn their lives forever more. No more voting. No more opportunity. No salvation at all in our laws. Or in our Christianity. Only greed and judgements of hate reign in our government. And our religions as well.

Just following those two commandments pretty much erases the possiblity of fighting any wars, doesn’t it? Any true crimes which you could commit if you followed them. Any Judgements you might make or enforce upon another if they broke a rule. For you even more than  the one you judge.

It is our hatreds and our fears that are destroying us. It is  this sense of outrage that demands punishment that is destroying us. How did a religion that bore a message of love, that showed the past as the wrong path to follow, turn  immediately to that path of self-destruction? Where is the love in this religion? I see no heart in this perversion today. And all we have to do is walk away.

Walk away from our judgements. Walk away from our fears. We truly only have fear to fear. It is all that can defeat us. Given the choice between fear and love, I’ll take love any day. Though  we should think of giving love instead of receiving love. These were the messages of the namesake of Christianity. Where do you find these in our hate filled churches? Next to their golden thrones?

We’ve all played our part in this play, but all we have to do is love each other as ourselves to change this play. In any religion, that would seem to be a good call. These days, it seems we have so much in the way of destructive abilities to deal out our hate, and so little to deal out compassion.  What does that say about us?  Especially since we have bankrupted ourselves with the costs of our armies. Where is the love in our selves? Is it bankrupt as well? Has it all been defeated by fear? When all we have to do is walk away from their illusionary powers over us, what is there to fear, but fear itself?

All we have to do is walk away from our parts we’ve been playing. Instead of what this obviously evil entity has planned. And this entity is ourselves. All of us. Each and every one of us. For we have all focused on what we don’t want. We don’t want hunger. We don’t want hate. We don’t want poverty. We don’t want to sin. But we never focus on what we do want. Peace and prosperity for all. And if enough of us focus on that, then it might just happen. For all of us.

All lives are spiritual paths which are nothing but  individual perspectives of the whole. But love is at the core of all the true paths. What path do you walk? The path of love or the path of fear?

What We, the People, Can Do

December 31, 2008 · 5 Comments

Many people still harbor the belief that their opinion no longer matters to the government. In a very real sense, they are exactly right. But that doesn’t mean we actually don’t matter. It just means our government is far out of line with what We, the People actually care about.

We are being told what we believe by our media interests, and by our politicians. Does this mean they are correct? Hardly, and it only takes a short visit to the Obama-Biden team’s website, http://change.gov to realize this truth. The questions being posed are hardly related to the issues the candidates campaigned on with such passionate vagueness.

For me,  I believe his cabinet choices reflect his true agenda, and it is not in our best interests, but the international bankers and international corporations interests. Cabinet positions set the tone for the agenda of a presidency, and his choices do not bode well for We, the People. They pose a threat to us instead.

Does this mean we should just give up? Hardly. We, the People are the government, unless we do give up. That is why I have voted on, to date, 2,585 questions. I am now focusing on two separate issues. Anything to do with bringing the Drug War to an end, and anything to do with abolishing the Federal Reserve system.

These two issues have done more to create the myriad of problems facing our country today than any other issue being brought up for questioning.  The Drug War has been the most powerful weapon used by our government to fund a police state mind-set among our peoples and to destroy any concept of  justice for all. It has always served to further the divisions of the masses along class and race, and only fuels the industries which defeat the concepts of  Truth, Liberty, and Justice for all.

These would be the funding with proceeds, and without oversight, of the drug warriors.  The incredible growth of the private prison systems, by overcrowding the county, state, and federal prisons. The increasingly frightening inability of the accused to have access to a fair trial. The tremendous burden placed on the taxpayers, not only with the cost of maintaining such institutions, but with the inability of those incarcerated to ever become truly contributory citizens ever again.

The Federal Reserve System has often been correctly described as being far from a federal institution. It’s illegal existence began in 1913, and is responsible to no one but it’s owners. These owners are never published and refuse to have the Federal Reserve audited. They create inflation and devalue our currency. We have, immediately since it’s inception, remained a nation of wars fought for the bankers interests, and not for the common good. It is an abomination that threatens liberty with each day it exists. And it should, and will be destroyed. Or else it will destroy us, if it hasn’t already.

So, what can we do? To start with, go to the “change.gov” site. In the search field type in the following words:

cannabis, marijuana, drug war, hemp, federal reserve, central bank. Click yes on any question which would bump these questions up in the field which Obama must at least pay lip service to when he answers them. Force them to acknowledge these issues so that all of us may know our enemy. Spread the word, either by linking to my site, or by telling others from yours or even by voice. By email. By whatever means necessary.

I believe we will not see the change many thought we would get from this administration, but a furthering of the root causes of our decline. There will be a great depression, but that doesn’t mean we should act as sheep in our destruction. And while the politicians, the bankers, and the corporations party on the 20th; remember it is our money they are partying with. In each of the 20 inaugural balls.

It is our money they are giving to the welfare recipients on Wall St, in the auto industry, to the bankers, and none to those who need the money the most: the people being raped by these very institutions. To put it in perspective, it would be cheaper to give every American 3,000 dollars, than to continue the bailout as planned. How can this bailout work? It will, but not in the direction you might think best. The government gets what the government wants. Just what do you think they want with the plans which BOTH parties have proscribed? Peace,

The Natives Are Restless

December 31, 2008 · 6 Comments

So far, nearly 49,000 people have voted on almost 40,000 questions on the Obama-Biden change web site. I have submitted 23 of those questions myself. I urge everyone who is able to particpate. Not that I think our voices will be heeded by this administration. Not anymore than any other administration ever does. They have their own agenda.

Look at their cabinet choices. All big corporate government people. Bought and paid for by your favorite companies. Like Monsanto, the people who have brought you your favotite genetically modified foods that kill. They have bought the agriculture spot for themselves. The same people who brought you Rumsfeld the mass murderer.

But I have faith in the questions many are asking. There are, naturally enough, some that make no sense whatosover, but many are very intelligent questions that show more of us are waking up to one very important fact of American politics. The government IS the problem.

On January 20th, while more and more Americans face the collapse of their own versions of the American dream, our new President will celebrate the ocassion with 20 Inagural Balls. This is our money that will be spent on his party. While you go to bed worried about how to pay your bills, he’ll be partying all night long.

While many of you celebrate a departure of Bush and Co., you are celebrating a much more brutal version of more of the same. It’s not like the Democrats have been more of a friend of the people than the Republicans, they’ve both betrayed the people who still believe in them. But they are beginning to wake up.

We are, for the time being anyway, finished as a free nation. We are now staring into the dark abyss of a depression far worse than the one in the 1930’s. A depression manipulated by the very people who we’ve entrusted our faith in their desire to uphold the very things we hold dearest to us. Our retirements are gone. Our illusionary freedoms are gone. Our pretensions of justice are gone. And I say good riddance.

I say good riddance, because they have all been illusionary for over a hundred years. Gone the day the Federal Reserve came into existence. Even before then, serious intrusions had been made into the dream that was a free America. The Federal Reserve however, was the official stamping out of the dream. Now we are waking up from a dream into a nightmare of reality. A reality we can’t turn away from, no matter how hard we might try.

If you think we have high unemployment now, you ain’t seen nothing yet babe! 2009 will be known as the “Year of the Gulag in Amerika”.  We need this hardship. I say this knowing I will be one of the casualties of it. Not because of anything I’ve done, unless you count being poor as a crime. Or of writing a blog a crime. Or unless you think that my smoking pot in the privacy of my home a crime. Or anything else this government says is a crime. A government we all support with our monies so they can oppress us with our consent.

For me, I will continue to write as long as I am able to do so. I know that Obama is not going to repeal the Patriot Act. He is not going to repeal the Military Commissions Act of 2006. He is not going to investigate Bush and Company. He is not going to change the direction of government. He is only going to change the speed at which the police state becomes obvious to all. They have to do this, for too many are on to the game.

Too many of us have noticed that the FDA only approves poisons for consumption. Too many of us have noticed that the EPA hates nothing more than clean air and water. Too many of us have noticed that we don’t stand for Liberty anymore. We only stand for laying down to authority.

Too many people have noticed, and so the bankers and corporations  that run this country are becoming afraid of us. But we will not lie down and die like sheep. Or will we? As a nation are we too afraid to stand up and take what is ours? Or will we continue to give everything we have to those bastards on Wall Street? To those bastard auto companies who will continue to shut down their plants and invest their monies in their plants across the sea? To the banks that won’t lend the monies they begged for,

To the banks that won’t lend the monies they begged for, but will  only use them to buy other banks that didn’t go on welfare? Will we remain too afraid to take these true welfare queens down?  If we are, then the real question is, Do we deserve the right to live? That would be a big, fat, NO.

I have just received another email from the Obama-Biden team informing me they are once again open for another round of questions. Here is their link:

While I have little faith in this team, with enough participation we can make the change we want happen. Peace,

The Internal Revolution

December 29, 2008 · 3 Comments

For myself, my first “real” experiences on the internet were limited to email, mainstream media outlets, Amazon, and the many porn sites on the web.  I know this is not politically correct, but let’s face it, when video first hit the web, it was porn that catapulted the internet into our homes. So, it wasn’t just me cruising those seedy urls.

However, it doesn’t take too many computer viruses for most of us to leave those sites alone.  Besides, porn gets boring after a while. I find sex much more enjoyable on a more personal basis.  For me, that requires a relationship with someone of similar interests, most of these interests being non-sexual in nature.

Eventually, I discovered many links to conspiracy sites, and alternative news media outlets.  At first, I dismissed most of them as crack-pots and doom-sayers with a url listing instead of a billboard proclaiming “The End Is Near”, approach. Unfortunately, for my old belief structure at least, many of their claims make more sense than those of the  mainstream media outlets. For example, how many mainstream media outlets have published any deviation from the “official” version of 9/11? How many have supplied links to the actual legislation being passed under deceptive names? Names like “The Patriot Act”, or “The Anti-Terror Bill”?  Names which cannot be found in the Congressional records, because these are not their numerical nor their official titles. They are simply “spin titles,” spins designed to make it more difficult for the average reader to find out what the content of these bills actually contain.

Luckily, all one needs to do is go to Wikipedia to discover these treasons legislated in the name of patriotism. It seems the lies and deceptions practiced by our media giants would crumble under it’s own weight. It is, but much slower than most of us would like. There are still many people who have no idea as to the extent of the corruption, they only know that something isn’t quite right with what they are experiencing.  Most have no idea it is not the terrorists they have been told are the enemy, but those who run our government in the dark recesses behind the thrones of power. It is a truth that I also resisted, I simply could not conceive of our government being as corrupt as it is today.

Not that I have ever trusted our government completely. I simply believed it was incompetent before, because I CHOSE to believe this explanation. It was far easier to believe our leaders were incompetent, rather than they were extremely competent traitors. Not all, but those in the darker corners of power, most certainly fit this description.

Today, though 95% of the citizenry believes the government is lying about 9/11, that the war against the citizens of Iraq is wrong, that the war against the peoples of Afghanistan is wrong, we still operate under the delusion that we are powerless. That is simply preposterous. Unless we believe it to be true. We create our own realities, and if we don’t, someone else will create them for us.

Also, we find that many of us are running for office to “root out” the evil that is our government. A one-party government that only cares of it’s own power, not of it’s citizenry. A party which only represents the large banking interests and the multi-national corporations. Entities which serve no flag or interests beyond their quarterly profit reports to their shareholders.

And we are rebelling. This stock market crash is more than a tough correction. It is more than some conspiracy by shadow governments. It is also people taking their money out of their enemies pockets. We have been financing the coffers of the enemies of freedom through our greed for wealth, and mis-placed ideas on how to prepare for our retirements. The market crash must happen, for both the defenders of Liberty, and for those who would conspire against our liberty.

Everyday, more people either read on alternative media sites, or watch videos on YouTube, how entities such as the Federal Reserve was really created; and it’s actual intent.  That intent being to control our monetary policy for their own selfish ends. We learn how our own government has been let off the hook for crimes practically since we’ve had government. And we seem uninterested. But are we?

It is of no surprise that many of the blogs and alternative news sources depict the worst case scenario, after all, that is what gets attention. And deservedly so! We have been betrayed, and we are continuing to suffer that betrayal. But there is good news as well.

As a result of all the information which flows fairly unimpeded on the internet, third party candidates are gathering momentum. Lawyers are becoming more vocal. Cries for true justice are beginning to be heard. The Drug War is ending, though not through the efforts of Obama. These are through the efforts of We, the People.  The Democratic Party is just as responsible for all this corruption as the Republican Party. Both parties are funded by the true powers of the old, and quite corrupt, party.

States are taking their power back from the federal governments. There is a movement afoot in more states than one would think for the legalization of marijuana. A movement which I believe plays a factor in the lower price of oil today. However, it is a minor factor among many factors.

Militia groups are even recruiting on the internet via sites such as YouTube and others. The mere fact that they are able to do so speaks volumes about the ability of our government to resist change.  Or even the majority of our government to continue this corrupt system of government. A government of the few over the many. A government of increasingly known intolerance for Truth, Liberty, and Justice for All.

We are becoming increasingly aware that we are all partly responsible for these injustices. That we have all been pawns, willfully ignorant participants of a few venal characters. We are also learning that we can no longer afford to remain wilfully ignorant if we value our lives and our liberties. And so we all change as fast as we are comfortable with the change. Until now.

Now, we have fewer choices. The chess board is set up in the minds of those behind the throne. A set-up that relies on our own participation in order to destroy ourselves. A game that calls upon armed troops in our streets to quell “disturbances” and “civil disorder”. In other words, they demand that we destroy ourselves. I believe we will, and are, refusing that demand.

Even though the mainstream media is disturbingly silent concerning the deployments and exercises of the troops under NorthCom, the alternative media sites are not so silent. My own link was published in a posting entitled “The Black Boots are Here” . Here is that link again. Straight from the Army Times:

http://www.armytimes.com/news/…..d_090708w/

Note how the article focuses upon techniques learned which are illegal in the United States, and should be illegal anywhere. Only at the end does the editor claim this is not what the unit will practice in the field. The field being on American soil. Against Americans. I don’t think it will take the average reader long to understand just how much manure that blurb contains.

We are a nation in crisis. A world in crisis. Our last election showed how polarized we have become as a people. Though fewer and fewer of us believe either party has our best interests at heart. The “our” being the majority of the world’s citizenry. And so this shadow government prepares the stage so that we will kill off ourselves, while they sit in relative safety. Or so they think.

I believe enough of us have learned we are not alone in our thinking that there is a terrible evil in the world. Not the one we are told about by our governments. The evil we recognize are the bankers and the large corporations and the politicians and judges they have bought.  This knowledge is spread all over the web, and is far too open to be just a coincidence. It is because we have already won. Our outcome is certain because we know our enemy. Our enemy is ourselves.

It is ourselves, because we have to participate in our own destruction for these entities to continue destroying lives, free governments, free trade, and real and honest opportunity for Truth, Liberty, and Justice for All. Without our cooperation, these forces cannot win. Without our willful ignorance they will be destroyed. Without our belief in our lack of power, we have power to be a government of the people again. Peace,

How the Internet Revolution is Being Won

December 29, 2008 · 4 Comments

Without any conscious effort whatsoever, a revolution is being waged by every person on the internet. The mere exchange of information, at such rapid speeds is revolutionary in itself. It’s a war of words, of baring our thoughts, our ideas, our hearts to the virtual world. A world that is becoming increasingly interconnected. A world where we are just now beginning to see through the veils of government and beyond each country’s political propaganda machines.

It is a noisy and chaotic world, one without any set rules yet. A world only now becoming awakened as to our abilities to have an impact upon the world. And it will get even noisier and more chaotic in this virtual world before it becomes fully aware of it’s power and it’s potential and, most importantly, it’s sense of accountability and responsibility for all of us.

And yet, it is an individual revolution. Each person, as they become aware of all that is going on around them in this virtual world, branch off into areas that interest them. It may not seem revolutionary to become obsessed with the area they focus on, but it is. For the internet has made it possible for all of us to educate ourselves, and we have just begun this journey.

While there has been many a conspiracy in this world, none have had more dire consequences than the withholding of knowledge from citizens. In America, our educational system leaves most children behind. Yet, they are more than compensated by the education they receive in this virtual world. A world in which governments have not learned how to censor us yet.

Not that our government hasn’t tried to censor the internet. There have been, and are, and will be again, bills in our legislative bodies which have sought to control what information we can access on the internet. Luckily, those that try the hardest to control this information have no clue how to go about it. For now, government is transparent enough for we citizens to see through the lies of government. And we all have had the opportunity to learn what these lies represent.

They represent a fear of change. A fear of an understood, though false, social model that no longer fulfills the needs of most peoples. Our government presently works no better than a buggy whip works on a race car.The internet is bringing the power to the people, and with that power, it is bringing the accountability and responsibility and fate of the people back to We, the People.

Think of all the changes which the internet has given birth to in just the past ten years. It has forced television and newspapers to change in order to survive. Today, far more people read on-line newspapers than the traditional ones. And on-line newspapers often allow discussion columns for the reader to make their own contributions. Contributions which often refute the article being published. This simple process alone is forcing a higher standard among newspapers. At least, if they want to survive in this new world.

It is only beginning to scratch the surface in our medical system. How many of you now have doctors who ask you what your opinion is about your ailment? It’s amazing how many patients have become more informed about their own medical conditions due to the power of the internet. Doctors are no longer gods, they are becoming care providers.

Law enforcement is changing as well. Thanks to the power of the internet, one police beating can be viewed all over the world before police have even had time to clean the crime scene. So, it is working to make this force more accountable to it’s citizenry.

The Drug War is going to end because of the internet. With every citizen just one click away from finding out how this war on drugs is such a colossal waste of money and time, and such an obvious violation and corruption of our human rights around the world, it is doomed. Regardless of how curt and negative a response the Obama-Biden Campaign wants to give. It will be over or their administration will fail. Because the people are tired of being lorded over, we are a freedom loving species, and this war is liberty’s enemy.

The internet has already changed so many aspects of your life, that it would be impossible for me to even know how drastic this change has been in our lives. Our culture. Our government. Our world. And it is only just beginning to awaken. All without conscious thought. Without goals. Without direction. Without violence.

It is not a smooth experience, but more like wrestling. For we are wrestling always with our national conscious, and our individual powers all at the same time, all the time, on this internet. It is beautifully infected with individualism and it’s ability to communicate is generating more of that much needed ingredient missing in our present governmental structures, our economic structures, our religious structures, all of our structures: Compassion.

It will be the development of this beautiful aspect, inherent in all of us, that is the key to our success as a species. Peace,

The purpose of all the major religious traditions is not to construct big temples on the outside, but to create temples of goodness and compassion inside, in our hearts.

Lessons From Ruby Ridge

December 28, 2008 · 2 Comments

Strange that someone like myself, who genuinely hates racism, should stand up for the defense of a white supremacist. But, if you make it through the first clip, then you will find out why. I didn’t really keep up with the Ruby Ridge debacle, I simply didn’t hear that much about it. Television was still all Mainstream, and the local newspapers were less than enlightening.

To be honest, I also did not  want to know these things. Not at this time. I was dealing with my own demons. Though I am not making excuses, only explaining my position at the time, I had already felt that I had not served on the right side  in the United States military. That would be the side promoting our stated American values of Truth, Liberty, and Justice for All. I turned down this opportunity to face the truths of our government.

That truth is, and always has been, that all government is force. That it will exercise as much force as the will of the people is weak enough to allow.  What law enforcement is doing with this kind of gear should serve as a reminder to all of us who serve the cause of Liberty.

One also needs to consider Weaver’s primary criminal life began through entrapment techniques still in use today by law enforcement. Just as in the recent Muslim “terrorist” case at Ft. Dix.  The federal government claims these groups comprise a threat to our nation’s way of life.  This may be true, but I think the federal government is our greatest threat to date.

The federal government simply made another show of force at Ruby Ridge, but one that backfired on them. It demonstrated their incompetence, and the growing resistance against such military tactics and incompetence; not to mention outright unconstitutional actions they demonstrated at Ruby Ridge.

But did they learn their lesson? Obviously not. Everyday, you can buy a newspaper and read of drug raids, terror threats, the bogey man is out there story, all justifying the debasement of our human rights and our Constitution itself. And we still stand idly by, claiming we can’t do anything about it. It makes me wonder just how much this government has to worry about from our spineless citizens. And who would care about such cowards, as us, who are too afraid to stand eye to eye against tyranny?

Today, I would hope that when the next Ruby Ridge atrocity occurs, the neighbors don’t just swear at the police/soldiers/criminals/gangsters murdering our citizens, but they pick up arms and fight back. For that is the one weapon that tyrants fear. Not the guns being wielded, but the courage it takes to fight back an oppressor disguised as authority. I leave you now to judge for yourself the actions at Ruby Ridge.

While I still don’t agree with his racial beliefs, I don’t believe I am alone in his distrust of government.

To be free is a choice we make for ourselves, it’s not something any government can, nor ever would, grant. For government is all that stands between you and freedom.

While Bush and Obama Fiddle around….

December 26, 2008 · 10 Comments

States are taking back their rights. And why shouldn’t they? After all, it’s not as if the federal government is going to be able to afford to continue giving them their monies, from the state’s citizens no less, in order to force federalist views upon the states. And how do I make this inference?

From the states themselves. During the election of Obama, two other measures were on state ballots. These measures both received a much higher percentage of yes voters than either candidate, and crossed party lines with no problem whatsoever. These measures were closely aligned with the most popular question onObama’s initial question section on his site, http://change.gov.  And this questioned supported  by the people?

In a word, this question called for the full legalization of marijuana. An end to the horrible War Against Human Rights, or the Drug War as it’s proponents prefer to call this atrocity.  Here is the question in it’s entirety:

“Will you consider legalizing marijuana so that the government can regulate it, tax it, put age limits on it, and create millions of new jobs and create a billion dollar industry right here in the U.S.?” S. Man,Denton

This was the most popular question on his questions for his new administration. Despite it’s popular support, some 98% in favor of this legalization, it was the fourth answered. Though his answer was a quite curt and authoritarian no. But does the federal government matter? I think not.

I think the fact that the two citizen measures, which passed the same night he was elected at a higher approval rate among the voters, tell who is taking back the country. The states, and most importantly; the citizens of these states. Michigan passed by an overwhelming majority a Medical Marijuana program despite intense pressure by those groups who make their fortunes off of this prohibition. The police, prison,  prosecution, pharmaceutical, oil, and even alcohol and tobacco  industries.

Massachusetts, also passed a citizen backed referendum, with the same industries opposing the measure. Theirs made marijuana enforcement effectively null and void. At least for possession of minor amounts.

The past few days have also included new legislation practically flowing through the New Jersey legislation concerning medical marijuana. The governor practically insisted on it’s passage before it made it out of the legislative bodies. These are the states recognizing the inability of the Federal government to control them through finances anymore. It is freedom for all, through the federal governments seeming incompetence. In other words, a conspiracy was averted.

This is not just some wild-eyed conspiratorial scream, though if you had visited my blog post on the Iran/Contra affair (entitled: Back when the Mainstream Media Wasn’t Bought Out Completely), or my post “American Drug War: The Last White Hope,” you would know this. If you haven’t visited these posts, and doubt my claims, I urge you to visit them and then make your decision. They rely on testimony , often from the older mainstream media, from such diverse figures as Oliver North, George Bush, Sr., and even old Reagan. But, I digress.

Many other states are considering the legalization of Marijuana, and indeed it seems as if we are about to break the 25% barrier in it’s legalization in states to some degree of it’s use. This in a country where it is quite legal to advertise pills that create a host of severe, and life-threatening, illnesses in order to rid ourselves of yellow toe-nails. Something I am quite comfortable in living with, especially when the alternative seems to be quite dangerous. Which would be these  government approved poisons for profits.

Many hardworking and honest police officers,  prosecutors, judges and prison guards back these measures, but the official line has always been a zero tolerance approach which has wrecked our constitution, our economy, and our very right to life itself. But now, we find the state governments weaning themselves off of the federal government’s teats. Their drug war funding is going to go away in favor of revenue from the legalization of Marijuana.

Texas has been attempting to rid itself of these drug laws, simply because they can no longer afford to uphold them. They will sink their own economy if they continue this insanity and they are beginning to wake up to the fact that the war itself is far more destructive to the people and our freedom than any drug known to man.

How many other states will follow suit? How large a percentage of the population will insist they live in a free society? States understand the popular will and it’s growing strength and the truth inherent in our movement; mainly being the drug war is a war AGAINST all human rights, and is pushed the hardest by it’s biggest violators: The Government itself. As I said, go visit those two posts I mentioned earlier  before you get all worked up on this matter of government corruption.

Personally, I don’t think it matters what the President does, or doesn’t do. Not anymore. As a nation, I believe we are starting to wake up to the fact that We, the People, are the government. And we are taking it back from the corruption of the traitors who have worked so hard to tear apart our Constitution for their own selfish ends.

I could go on, but I predict there will be more of these movements in the near future. With a government unable to hide it’s atrocities, committed in the name of unquenchable greed and alcoholic-like craving for power over all of us, the states are recognizing the trend in this shift of power. A shift from federalism, to personal accountability and responsibility. A shift that guarantees our freedom lies in our hands. Not some secret shadow government of bankers and corporations. We are winning the revolution. Now is the time to press on with renewed vigor and determination. Peace,

Why You Are a Slave

December 26, 2008 · 10 Comments

And yes, you are a slave. No man is more a slave than someone who thinks they are free. You are a slave because you are afraid to know the truth. Instead, you trust someone else to make your decisions. Decisions that make or break your life. Your potential realized.

I doubt you’ve heard of this movie, but it is one that everyone should view. At least a dozen times. This movie does a far more elegant version of this truth than I ever could realize. The movie is called “Harrison Bergeron”, and it is based on a short story by Kurt Vonegut. There is enough truth in this movie to offend just about everybody.

This movie, set in the future, looks like our past. A past in the 1950s. A culturally safe period for many Americans. As long as you were white, that is, but I digress. As I said, there is enough truth in this movie to offend everybody. That is the point.

Our hero, Harrison, is far too smart to be dumbed down by the head bands these people wear. All designed to bring us towards “average.” This being in every way. So he was recruited by the “elite ruling class.” We might call them the “Illuminati”.  There he learned that everyone was controlled, and their lack of concerns about questions of responsibility, and potentiality, and the justification that the people shared a  cultural desire  to remain ignorant. But he didn’t buy it.

To make a long story short, he managed to get a large percentage of the television audiance to take off their bands. To look at the truth. To experience life to the fullest. And afterwards, after knowing the truth of what life had to offer, almost everyone put their bands back on. They would rather live a lie than face the truth. And that is why you are a slave today.

The truth is, no one controls you. Except for you. I urge you to go get this movie by any means necessary. Buy it, bittorrent it, whatever: I mean the man’s dead! How could you possibly be cheating him?

Don’t watch it just once. That is just the beginning of your journey. At the end of the journey lies the realization that you are still a slave only because you choose to live a lie, rather than face the truth.

At the end of the movie though, those few individuals who DIDN’T put their bracelets back on, leaves the viewer with the hope that enough people will wake up and embrace the responsibility of facing the truth in their own lives. Don’t give up this opportunity to others. Be all that you can be. If we all viewed life from this perspective, this world would be Paradise.

By the way, Blulyon sent this link to the movie. Enjoy:

The Internet: The Last Bastion of Freedom

December 25, 2008 · 7 Comments

The mainstream media, a massive propaganda machine which only serves to promote the views of the enemies of Liberty, is losing influence in America. People now have an opportunity to challenge these lies, and they are taking full advantage of it.
Much of the civil unrest in this country is a direct result of the power of the internet. Enabling near instant communication with most peoples around the world, it has helped us to uncover the lies and deceptions of governments all over the world. It has helped to uncover how governments manufacture disasters in order to further their agendas, which are based on personal greed and the coveting of power over another.
We now have a more personable connection with peoples around the world, peoples who are no longer faceless demons, but fellow human beings who only wish for their own Truth, Liberty, and Justice to be realized in this world.
Instead of the New World Order tyranny, espoused by the faceless international bankers, corporations, and even religions, we are developing into the Global Village model espoused by our very own sixties radical movements in this country.
The internet has made it possible for the average citizen to see the legislation espoused by our tyrannical leaders as the opposite of what they claim. We have learned the Patriot Act isn’t very patriotic. The Military Commissions Act of 2006, is sheer terror upon all citizens of this global village. We have learned through the power of the internet that our country has lost it’s way, almost from the very beginning.
But it is through the power of the internet that we will reclaim our rights as responsible citizens. It is through the internet that we will once again stand for Truth, Liberty, and Justice for all. As long as we exercise our duty to uncover the lies and deceptions of the few who have made the lives of all of us so much less than they can be.
Merry Christmas to All, and a Free New Year for the World,

Rev. Jim Lunsford
