this is the actual evidence presented to the court, D.A., judge, ect. to prove Mr. Cuneo had made threats to the secret service. this 'proof' was also used to equate Mr. Cuneo with Columbine and blackmail Mr. Cuneo into accepting a possession of a weapon charge he did not commit 'the "feds" refused to drop the charges they admited in court they had no proof of and convict Mr. Cuneo anyway if he did not agree' and kidnaped Mr. Cuneo for 5 months.

On Friday, April 10, 2009 James Tracy Cuneo, who has worked diligently to bring together news and information you don't have the time to find, was arrested by agents of the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT.

Their excuse to do it was a complaint that he "threatened to physically assault and murder an agent of the secret service".  His home was searched by Federal agents who seized computer towers as well as taped and documentary evidence.

With regard to the charge against him - and what he's actually done - well,

What he has done is work for years to study what is going on in this nation, spending hours - day and night - researching and looking at breaking news all over the world, and putting it all together until a nasty picture of what is going on began to form...

What he did is find out about on-going, widespread, psychological operations on the unaware American public by our very own military, government agencies, and their corporate partners.  9-11 was actually a big piece of this - it was obviously a staged media event,  a FRAUD.  A preponderance of evidence of that fact is contained within the information on this site.

What he did was break the story some months ago about the connection between:

• NASA-Ames Research Center on the southern end of the San Francisco Bay (with access to NASA technology)
  
• Several U.S. Military Psyops Units based there
  
• Nasa-Ames' partnership with it's NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR Google (along with several other nearby neighbors like YouTube, MySpace, and Technorati)

And - how these partners are using the corporate media machine (TV, Radio, Print), Nasa's technology (including its satellite systems) as well as U.S. government sanctions and resources to engage in illegal activities with the ultimate intent of scrapping our bill of rights and overthrowing our constitution.

Within a few days of pushing this news hard, Tracy had Secret Service Agents at his front door.  And the interference and harassment have not stopped.

What he has been doing for months now is DEMANDING that law enforcement officials from local police to Homeland Security and the FBI do their jobs and look at the evidence he has, and that they arrest the traitors who are busy wrecking this country even while you read this. He has been reminding Generals to Lieutenants on military bases across the country that their oaths are not to their commanding officers, but to the Constitution of the United States.  He has threatened.  He has certainly threatened.  He has threatened federal agents and law enforcement officials with CITIZEN'S ARREST for their treasonous acts (i.e. failing to do their jobs at the very least, actively cooperating with the destruction of American sovereignty at the worst). 

We should ALL be demanding that these people do the jobs they agreed to do (and some even swore to do), but we don't have the time - AND WE DON'T HAVE THE BALLS.  Tracy does.
We should ALL spend the time informing ourselves and thinking things through, trying to see the bigger picture and how it all connects - after all WE and our parents and grandparents have allowed these criminals to create and control the most awesome military machine in the world! But we don't have the time. Tracy does.

Tracy (who is going by his childhood name in an effort to locate his old school mates - many people know him still as 'Jim') is currently being housed for the U.S. Marshals courtesy of the Lane County Adult Correctional facility in Eugene, Oregon.  He is being held without bond under Max 1 security - because according to the (lying) feds he's a terrible danger to society!

Tracy's library of evidence of all kinds of wrongdoings by US officials (past and present) from negligence to outright, deliberate treason has been seized by agents of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement under the Department of Homeland Security. (They were kind enough to leave a barely descriptive receipt.)

But a vast amount of that evidence - a PREPONDERANCE OF EVIDENCE is presented here, on this website.  There is a lot of it, I know.   But you may not have this chance again.

Tracy Cuneo is only one man.  One man who remembers the lessons of his childhood.  The lessons that tell us to be true to who we are, to keep our word, to do what is right and to take responsibility for each other.  He's not perfect.  He gets upset, he gets frustrated, he gets angry.  But with every breath he breathes, with every molecule of his being, he knows, he remembers that we are here, in this life, on this planet - for one another.  Not to be 'resources'.

I've seen these federal guys.  I've been called a 'bulldog' before, but these guys are PITBULLS - once they've got their jaw locked on you, good luck.  Hope he's got a good attorney! 

He doesn't have the funds to hire an attorney.  He's been assigned a public defender.  If anyone out there can help, please do - it's not looking too good at this point. 

We were in court yesterday to see if Tracy could be released until the trial in June.  The federal attorney unloaded a stinking pile of BULLSHIT that painted Tracy as such a monster, if I'd been the judge I wouldn't have let him go either.  (I talked to my own attorney and he said that this is their tactics.  That a case actually got thrown out up in Washington recently because of prosecuter misconduct - they only presented bits of evidence that supported their case, they didn't provide all of it which would have changed the picture.) 

Tracy's attorney didn't really rebut anything the guy said - his main argument was that it "wasn't fair" that Tracy be kept in jail.  Pretty darn weak.  So Tracy's still in jail, being held without bond.

I happen to know a few things about this guy. Like:

His maternal grandmother was a full-blood Choctaw (sp?).

He was born only a few miles from the Choctaw reservation in MS.

Several of his uncles fought in Vietnam.

He attended a boys military academy (boarding school) from age 6 to 12 (summers included).  He was taught how to be an officer - how to plan, how to lead men.

Apparently this school was so elite that I can find no record of its existance.  Supposedly it burned down (several large brick buildings all at once???  hmm).

Military academies (including Junior Milirary Acadamies) that are visited by Vice-presidents and run R.O.T.C. programs are only allowed to exist under a congressional order - these are recorded.  I can find no such information regarding Deberry Academy.  However, I have seen (with my own eyes) the brochure for the school, grade reports, and newsletters sent to parents.  I've also seen newsclippings about the school from Baxter, TN (where the school was located) and class pictures.  The school existed, but there's no record of it.

I know he's been looking for his old classmates. Has he had any luck with that?

Anyway, that's beside the point - the point of all this is; This guy is like...like the ultimate American.  On his mothers side you've got Native Americans and pioneers.  On his father's side you've got immigrants from Italy.  How much more American can you get?????

Yes, you're right about all that information.  I knew Tracy had shown you his school stuff, but didn't realize you'd been researching the school thing.  I haven't been able to find anything on it either.

And one thing I'd like to mention regarding his schooling, from age 6 until age 12 he had the officer's oath drilled into him.  It goes like this:

“I, _____ ,having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God.” (DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers.)

So you can maybe understand his concerns regarding what direction we're headed in.  He's told me many times that he'd much rather be fishing.  But he can't find that those whose job it is to safeguard our Constitution are actually DOING their jobs.  He's demanding they do it - and they don't like it one bit.

So yes, he gets upset once in a while - it doesn't help when federal agents go out of their way to call and harass him.  He knows the calls are recorded so he's usually pretty mindfull of what he says... but if the guy got him really upset he might have crossed the line a bit.  He's been fighting this fight all by himself for awhile now, and he feels very alon - and unsupported.  And people just won't listen to what he's saying.  So he gets frustrated sometimes.  Did he mean it if he did say it?  Well, most likely only in the sense that when we get that big donation we'll get a legal team together and accuse him (the SS agent) of treason, get him convicted and executed. 

I mean, the man won't even kill ANTS.  I get called in regularly as spider patrol - but they have to be caught gently and put outside.  I mean really!

He'll probably hate my saying this, but his communications skills are more the "giving orders" variety (remember his early training that you mentioned) and pretty light on the explanatory side.  So he'll say outrageous-sounding things sometimes (which will freak people out - one reason he mostly stays in the house) but if you actually draw him out about it, it will eventually make sense.

Discovery is set for the end of the month last I checked so we'll see what they've really got.  Although they'll probably ask for an extension - I've seen them face to face and they seem pretty sadistic to me.  They're probably damning the laws that keep them from torturing prisoners...

I haven't had the chance to talk to Tracy for a couple days.  I'll give you all an update next time I do.

One wierd thing I thought I'd mention - they took his computer tower (his evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors) but they didn't bother to take his rolodex.  You'd think if they were REALLY worried that he's some extremely dangeorous person they would have grabbed that too...
